How is a seat counted?

One seat per active user in your workspace — admins, supervisors, and team members all count equally.

What happens after the trial?

Your subscription begins automatically using the card on file. You can cancel anytime from Workspace Settings → Billing before the trial ends.

Can I change seat count later?

Yes. Add or remove additional seats anytime from the billing portal. Charges are prorated.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. You can switch your billing cadence through the billing portal. Existing subscriptions move to the new price at their next renewal.

Is my data isolated?

Yes. Every workspace is fully isolated at the database level using row-level security scoped to your company.
